Role Description
The Holiday Sales Advisor (Short Haul & Long Haul) role is a full time on-site role located in Jaipur. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibility Areas
• Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Long Haul destination (Singapore, Veitnam, Thailand, Bali, Europe, Japan, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand).
• Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements
• Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
• Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
• Represent company values while speaking to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
