Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively.
Experience in managing and executing automated test cases using TOSCA Testsuite.
Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management.
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
