Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking Solution Architect
Certified in Time Tracking and Time Off modules.

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Time Off implementations, enhancements and support.
Oversees project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
Ensure seamless data flow with all the systems.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients on workforce time management best practices and SAP innovations.
Provide guidance to the implementation and upgrade projects.
Collaborate with functional/technical consultants, developers & testers to ensure solution integrity.
Analyzes HR business processes and aligns them with SuccessFactors modules.
Works closely with HR teams to ensure user adoption and training.
