Job Summary

Lead the research, formulation, development, and commercialization of creative skincare, haircare, personal care, and colour cosmetic products while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize cosmetic, skincare, haircare, and personal care formulations.
Lead current product development from concept to commercialization.
Conduct formulation trials, scale-up, technology transfer, and production support.
Evaluate raw materials, packaging materials, and alternative ingredients.
Prepare formulation documents, SOPs, specifications, and technical reports.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, Procurement, and Marketing teams.




Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and cosmetic regulations.
Lead and mentor the R&D; team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualification
M.Sc./B.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Cosmetic Science, or equivalent.

Experience
5–8 years of experience in Cosmetic R&D;/Formulation Development.
Hands-on experience in colour cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
Experience in product commercialization, scale-up, and technology transfer.
