Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate mechanical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, improve processes, and enhance overall project efficiency.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical support to resolve problems.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project status,
and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize project performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing mechanical projects with a solid track record of success.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
