Key Responsibilities

Business Finance Leadership
Act as the finance leader for assigned business units, driving profitability, sustainable growth, and value creation.
Partner closely with the MD, CFO, COO, Business Heads, and CXOs on strategic and operational decisions.
Provide financial insights for business expansion, capacity investments, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reviews.

Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
Drive commercial decision-making through robust financial analysis and business case evaluations.
Support contract negotiations, customer profitability assessments, and working capital optimization.
Evaluate key business risks and opportunities to maximize shareholder value.

Costing & Margin Management
Establish solid product costing and profitability frameworks across manufacturing operations.
Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement, production, logistics, and supply chain functions.
Partner with operations teams to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.




Lead variance analysis and corrective action planning to improve margins.

MIS & Performance Management
Oversee preparation and review of management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business analytics.
Develop best-in-class MIS systems for timely and accurate decision support.
Present business performance insights to senior management and board-level stakeholders.
Ensure data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Financial Governance & Controls
Ensure solid financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Provide oversight on accounting operations without being transaction-focused.
Support statutory reporting, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Drive process standardization and finance transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Build solid relationships across business and functional leadership teams.
