About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Inspector with a basic understanding of mechanical engineering and quality inspection processes. The role involves inspecting components, ensuring product quality, and supporting manufacturing operations through accurate measurements and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections of mechanical components and products.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other inspection tools.
Check dimensions, specifications, and quality parameters as per requirements.
Maintain inspection records and quality documents.
Support production teams in identifying and resolving quality issues.
Follow quality procedures and maintain attention to detail.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth manufacturing operations.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E.
/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and quality inspection.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer preferred.
Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and MS Word.
Positive communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
Quality-focused approach with attention to detail.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, HVAC, fabrication, or industrial equipment industries preferred.
