Experience: 8 years in hotel housekeeping with supervisory or senior experience
Qualification: SSC / HSC or equivalent; basic housekeeping training preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support room attendants in daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms.
Ensure all rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
Check linen, amenities, and equipment availability and report maintenance issues.
Assist guests courteously with special requests and room-related needs.
Train recent staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Skills & Requirements:
Solid attention to detail and leadership skills.
Positive communication and guest interaction ability.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and hotel standards.
Physically fit and punctual.
