Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support VMware vSphere/ESXi and Nutanix AHV/HCI environments.
Perform VM provisioning, migration, snapshots, cloning, and resource management.
Monitor infrastructure health, storage, and cluster performance.
Troubleshoot virtualization, compute, storage, and network-related issues.
Perform patching, upgrades, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Handle incident, change, and problem management tickets.
Coordinate with L3 teams for complex infrastructure issues.

Required Skills:
5 8 years of experience in VMware and Nutanix administration.
Robust knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and Nutanix Prism.
Experience with VM migration, HA, DRS, clustering, and storage management.
Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and virtualization best practices.
Positive troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
VMware (VCP) and/or Nutanix (NCP) certifications are preferred.
