Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality General Manager to oversee all aspects of our casinos hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing large teams and overseeing multiple departments within a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the casinos hospitality operations.
Manage all departments within the hospitality division, including but not limited to food and beverage, hotel operations, and guest services.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Create and manage budgets, forecasting revenue, and managing costs while identifying opportunities for increased profitability.
Oversee the selection of vendors and suppliers for the hospitality division, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality control.
Manage the recruitment, training, and development of all team members within the hospitality division.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding gaming operations, food safety, and public health.
Manage and mentor staff,



ensuring that they maintain high standards of service and professionalism
Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospitality business and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as a Hospitality General Manager or similar leadership role within a casino or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, guest services, and hotel management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and vendors.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
