Role & responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints and service requests professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with sales representatives to support customer requirements and business growth.
Track order status and update customers regarding delivery schedules.
Follow-up on Payments (Accounts Receivables)
Maintain customer databases, records, and service reports.
Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups and gather feedback for service improvement.
Support promotional activities, product launches,



and marketing campaigns when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
13 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management.
Experience in the paints, coatings, construction materials, or FMCG industry is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer relationship management skills.
