Role & responsibilities

i) Collect, compile, and analyze data from various digital platforms to identify trends, patterns, and emerging issues in the online ecosystem. ii) Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and data visualizations to support project monitoring, decision-making, and performance evaluation.

iii) Analyze social media and digital platform data to generate actionable insights and support policy and research activities.

iv) Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and special analytical reports for project management and government stakeholders.

v) Coordinate with technical, legal, and research teams to validate data, improve reporting quality, and support project deliverables.

vi) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain project databases, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical reports. vii) Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, preparing presentations, and providing analytical inputs for project reviews and capacity-building activities.

viii) Perform any other analytics and project-related responsibilities assigned by the Competent Authority.

Education: MBA (preferred)
