Role Description The Power Trading Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing day-to-day power trading operations, including monitoring transaction flows, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records of trades, and supporting the resolution of operational issues or discrepancies. The executive will collaborate closely with the operations management team to optimize processes, support risk mitigation,



and ensure smooth execution of trading activities. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a strong focus on timely and accurate operational support.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory contacts.
Candidates should possess operations and operations management skills to handle daily trading processes, documentation, and compliance-oriented workflows.
Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making in trading operations.
Relevant experience in power trading, energy markets, or financial operations is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools, with the ability to work with reports and operational dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, high-accuracy environment and meet deadlines consistently.
