What you can look forward to as Manager - Value stream quality (m/f/d):
This position is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across the value stream comprising Assembly, machining lines and special processes.
To Inculcate Quality culture and zero-defect mindset
To accomplish and exceed customer satisfaction and to o work closely with Production and other functions in driving continual improvement
To assure compliance to Quality system meeting the IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements
Coordinate with one SQ team for incoming quality performance, real time closure of supplier Quality concerns

Your Profile as Manager - Value stream quality (m/f/d):
Bachelor''s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Qualified certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt,
Problem solving techniques, IATF 16949, auditing skills
Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Control plan , MSA SPC
815 years of experience in automotive manufacturing quality preferably in n a Tier-1 automotive workplace. Handling global OEM customers is preferred
