Key Responsibilities
API Backend Development: Build and maintain backend services using Python + FastAPI.
Develop clean, scalable REST APIs.
Implement authentication, authorization, and rate-limiting.
Database Performance: Design and optimize MySQL schemas and queries.
Use Redis for caching and improving backend speed.
Handle data validation, migrations, and indexing.
Integrations: Implement secure integration with internal and third-party services.
Maintain API documentation and versioning.
DevOps Deployment: Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront).
Handle backend deployment and monitoring.
Assist in CI/CD setup for smooth release cycles.
Maintenance Quality: Write clean, modular code following best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize server performance.
Participate in code reviews and backend architecture discussions.
Required Skills
Solid experience with FastAPI and Python backend development.
Solid MySQL knowledge schema design, optimization, queries.
Experience with AWS deployment and server-side management.
Experience integrating third-party APIs.
Positive understanding of security best practices.
Positive to Have
Experience using Redis for caching.
Exposure to mobile/web app deployment workflows.
Familiarity with Docker or containerization.
