Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil maintenance and infrastructure activities across the IT Park.
Plan and execute civil projects, renovations, and fit-out works.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
Monitor building structures, roads, drainage systems, and common areas.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for project execution.
Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and building regulations.
Handle tenant civil-related requests and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and MIS reports.
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving prospects.
Maintain documentation related to civil works and compliance.
