Role & responsibilities
Acquire recent high-net-worth clients for LAS (Loan Against Securities) products.
Deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial needs.
Pitch customized LAS solutions and guide clients through the application and disbursement process.
Liaise with internal credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies during client onboarding and servicing.
Monitor the LAS portfolio, including margin calls, renewals, and interest collections.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for revenue, disbursement, and client acquisition.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide the best advisory to clients.
