Skilled Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
Robust knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet business needs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP HCM and other enterprise systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
