CA Intermediate (Inter CA) Qualified
B.Com or M.Com (Preferred)
Experience
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Finalization of books of accounts and month-end/year-end closing.
GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
Preparation and filing of GST returns and reconciliation.
Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
Ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, and journal entries.
MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Inventory accounting and cost accounting.
Coordination with Statutory, Internal, GST, and Tax Auditors.
Preparation of schedules for financial statements.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and accounting policies.
Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards and GST.
Experience in SAP ERP (SAP HANA preferred).
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial analysis).
Familiarity with TDS, banking, and statutory reporting.
