Productivity improvement through cycle time reduction, process capability study CpCpk.
Implementation of lean manufacturing in shopfloor. Initiating executing Low-Cost Automation, VAVE projects Kaizen.
Your profile as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Process Engineering
B.E Mechanical in Mechanical /Automobile with 6 8 years of experience
Should have hands on work experience for machining Assembly (Engine/Gear box).
Knowledge about machining programming (CNC, VMC) Torquing tools
Awareness of APQP PPAP process.
Reduction in internal customer PPM.
Basic awareness of IATF, VDA, OHSAS and ISO 14001 management systems.
