We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end IFM operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate must have a robust background in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry, with expertise in team management, client relationship management, statutory compliance, vendor management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple IFM sites.
Ensure delivery of Soft Services and Hard Services as per SLA/KPI.
Build and maintain robust client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage site teams and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and company policies.
Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and client presentations.
Control operational budgets and identify cost optimization prospects.
Conduct regular site audits and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory: Candidate must have experience in the IFM (Integrated Facility Management) industry.
Minimum 8 years of relevant IFM experience, including team handling.
Experience in managing multiple client sites.
Strong knowledge of Soft Services, Hard Services, Vendor Management, and Client Management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
