Role & responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on Food & Beverage service operations.
Train candidates on customer service, grooming, hygiene, food safety, and hospitality standards.
Conduct on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations.
Assess trainees through tests, practical evaluations, and regular feedback.
Monitor trainee attendance, progress, and maintain training records.
Develop communication, soft skills, and workplace readiness among trainees.
Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules, assessments, and reporting.
Support placement readiness through mock interviews and interview preparation.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Diploma in Hotel Management.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Food & Beverage operations within Hotels, Hospitality, or QSR.
Minimum 2 years of training experience in classroom training, on-the-job training, coaching, or mentoring.
Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, hospitality etiquette, and food safety practices.
Functional English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Ability to train, motivate, and engage young learners.
Willingness to travel as per project or training requirements.
