Role & Responsibilities
Create creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare 2D layouts, space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed drawings.
Develop 3D designs, mood boards, material selections, and presentations for clients.
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Visit project sites for measurements, design discussions, and execution supervision.
Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with client expectations.
Resolve client queries and provide design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain project documentation, BOQs, material specifications, and design records.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile




Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Interior Design company or Interior & Construction industry.
Solid knowledge of space planning, interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
Hands-on experience in handling client meetings and understanding customer requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, site teams, and project managers.
Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates with experience in residential and commercial interior projects will be preferred.
