Elicit, document, and validate business requirements across insurance workflows, working closely with business, technical, and project teams
Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with insurance industry best practices
Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements
Prepare business process documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams for stakeholder and client review Experience Minimum 18 years of experience, with deep, hands
on experience in the insurance domain and solid command of insurance business processes Desired Skills Competencies
Strong general insurance business understanding, with demonstrated experience across insurance products, policy lifecycle, claims, and underwriting processes




Domain knowledge relevant to the projects outcome areas, with proven experience delivering similar engagements
Deep understanding of the challenges faced by customers and agents from a data, reporting, and analytics perspective, with the ability to translate these into explicit business requirements
Solid documentation, process
mapping, and requirement
elicitation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred); relevant insurance domain certifications (e g, III, LOMA) an advantage
