About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to strengthen the top of our sales funnel. In this role, you will identify and research prospective clients, run proactive outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and set up discovery meetings for our senior sales team. This is a hunting role suited to someone who enjoys the chase comfortable picking up the phone, handling objections, and building a pipeline from scratch. If you have two years of IT services sales behind you and want a transparent path toward owning full-cycle deals, this is a robust next step.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients via research, LinkedIn, and lead databases

• Qualify leads and build a healthy pipeline

• Cold call and email prospects to set up discovery meetings

• Follow up consistently across calls, email, and LinkedIn





• Handle objections and pitch offerings persuasively

• Coordinate meetings/demos with the sales team

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Meet monthly/quarterly pipeline targets

Required Qualifications

• MBA, preferably with a specialisation in Sales or Marketing

• Minimum 2 5 years of sales or business development experience in IT services

• Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Robust persuasion and objection-handling ability

• Highly disciplined approach to follow-ups and pipeline hygiene

• Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
