Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills in Python and practical exposure to LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and cloud AI platforms. This aligns with experience demonstrated in the reviewed profile, including Python, GenAI, AI Agents, RAG, LangChain, Vertex AI, and LLM evaluation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable applications using Python.
Build AI/GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs and AI Agents.
Design and implement RAG-based architectures.
Integrate AI models and APIs into enterprise applications.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Mandatory Skills
5+ years of Python development experience




Solid understanding of REST APIs, OOP, and software design principles
Hands-on experience with:
Generative AI & LLMs
AI Agents
Prompt Engineering
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar frameworks
Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, SQL
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent AI platforms

Preferred Skills
Multi-agent AI architectures
Google/Langgraph agent orchestration framework. Other orchestration framework experience is positive to have
FastAPI or Flask
Vector databases and embeddings
Docker/Kubernetes
Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Ideal Candidate
Strong Python developer with real-world AI implementation experience.
Experience building production-grade GenAI solutions.
Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled enterprise applications independently.
