What you can look forward to as Senior Manager - Assembly Line -Test Systems
Responsible for the localization of ZF Products.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify product improvement.
Collaborate with the senior management team to align localization strategies with overall business goals.
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure effective use of resources.
Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Development of recent suppliers in coordination with Purchase department.

Your Profile as Commissioning Engineer Senior Manager - Assembly Line -Test Systems
Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
Proven experience of NPD (1015 years) in a similar industry of testing equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful localization strategies.
Robust networking in Indian Automotive OEMs as well as with relevant suppliers. PM experience in a similar industry is a plus.
