Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sourcing & Procurement to manage agricultural commodity sourcing, supplier relationships, pricing, quality, and timely delivery of raw materials

.

Key Responsibilities:
Source agricultural commodities like grains, millets, pulses, oilseeds, jaggery, and other food products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, FPOs, mandis, and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and procurement terms with vendors.
• Ensure quality sourcing and timely availability of materials.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth supply movement.
• Monitor market prices and maintain procurement records.

Candidate Profile:
3–7 years of experience in procurement/sourcing of agriculture commodities or FMCG food products.
• Valuable knowledge of farmer networks, mandis, and commodity markets.
• Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems preferred.
• Positive communication and relationship-building abilities.
