Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of high-end interior fit-out projects from site mobilisation through final handover.
Independently manage clients, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors
Coordinate execution of civil, flooring, ceiling, partitions, joinery, painting, MEP and other interior finishing works.
Review architectural, interior and services drawings.
Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and ensure adequate manpower, productivity and quality at site.
Take and verify site measurements, quantities and executed work for subcontractor billing and client billing.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure workmanship meets the standards expected for premium/high-end interiors.
Attend client/site meetings, provide progress updates and professionally resolve site-related concerns and execution challenges.





Preferred candidate profile
Solid preference for candidates with experience in high-end commercial, hospitality, retail or luxury residential interiors.
Must have independently handled interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover.
Robust technical understanding of interior finishes, civil works, flooring, ceilings, partitions, joinery, painting and MEP coordination.
Solid knowledge of site measurements, quantity calculations, BOQs, billing and variation works.
Good planning, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Candidate should be hands-on, accountable and willing to take complete ownership of project delivery.
