Role & responsibilities :
Supervise daily production activities in the moulding division to meet production targets.
Monitor moulding machine operations and ensure smooth production processes.
Allocate work and manage shop floor manpower effectively.
Ensure product quality by adhering to quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
Monitor production output and prepare daily production reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and 5S practices.
Identify and resolve production issues to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Train and guide machine operators on process and quality requirements.
Coordinate with the Quality and Stores departments for material availability and inspections.





Preferred candidate profile :
34 years of experience in Plastic/Rubber Manufacturing.
Mandatory experience in the Moulding Division.
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Polymer, Plastics, or a related discipline.
Robust knowledge of moulding processes, machine operations, and production planning.
Experience in supervising shop floor activities and managing manpower.
Valuable understanding of quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Ability to troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
Valuable communication, leadership, and team management skills.
