Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Solid knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect applications with other systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
