We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee our operations in India and support the organization's continued growth.

As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can make an immediate impact.

What We Are Looking For

This is not a traditional business development role. We are seeking a seasoned skilled who has successfully built a robust reputation in the IT Development, Services & Staffing Industry and brings an established network of active business relationships.

The ideal candidate should have:
12+ years of proven Business Development experience in the IT Development, Services & US Staffing Industry.
An active network of Direct Clients, Commercial Clients, Federal Prime Contractors, Implementation Partners, and Prime Vendors.
The ability to leverage existing client relationships to generate staffing requirements from the very beginning.




A proven track record of consistently acquiring current clients while growing and expanding existing accounts.
Strong experience negotiating staffing agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and client contracts.
Excellent relationship management, sales strategy, and account growth skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new staffing business by utilizing your existing client relationships.
Develop and grow strategic partnerships with Direct Clients, Federal Prime Contractors, Commercial Organizations, Implementation Partners, and Prime Vendors.
Continuously identify and acquire new clients while expanding existing accounts.
Own the complete business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through contract execution and account management.
Collaborate closely with our recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and long-term client satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth and contribute to the continued expansion of NetVision Resources.
