Role & responsibilities

•Prepare and maintain Detentions Reports to monitor operational delays and exceptions. •Generate and update MSA Running Reports for performance tracking and operational analysis. •Support and coordinate various Facilitating Initiatives aimed at process improvement and efficiency enhancement. •Prepare and close FT Tickers Reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. •Monitor and maintain EPOD (Electronic Proof of Delivery) and GPS Reports to track delivery status and vehicle movement. •Generate Staff Performance Evaluation Reports by analyzing productivity and operational KPIs. •Prepare, analyze, and distribute MIS Reports under the guidance of the P&C; Team. •Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards. •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review. •Conduct data analysis and identify trends to support business and operational decisions. •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and consolidate data. •Maintain report archives and ensure timely submission of all management reports
