Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
Skilled Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Spring Boot.
Robust understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
