Generate accurate and timely quotations for customer enquiries. Prepare Order Confirmations (OC) in line with agreed commercial and technical terms.
Follow up on customer payments in coordination with the sales team. Coordinate with the factory/production team on order execution and delivery updates.
Support the sales team with documentation and internal coordination. • Take ownership of order processing and coordination for the entire sales team, acting as the central point of contact across quotations, OCs, and dispatch follow-ups.
