Quality Management System (QMS) & Certifications
Establish, implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 15378 (for pharma/medical-related packaging where applicable), and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 in coordination with EHS.
Ensure integration of FSMS / relevant food safety requirements where food-contact films/bags are manufactured.
Drive documentation control, version management, and adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality plans.
Plan, coordinate and host external certification audits (ISO, BRCGS, customer audits, etc.), and ensure closure of all NCs within agreed timelines. Role & responsibilities
