Role & responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of assigned software modules for clients, ensuring successful project execution from requirement gathering through go-live.
Understand and analyze client business processes, gather and document business requirements, and map them to the product to deliver effective solutions.
Configure the application based on client requirements, validate system setup, and support data migration activities before deployment.
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver functional training to end users and system administrators, enabling them to effectively use and manage the application.
Guide customer system administrators on system configuration, data uploads, and ongoing maintenance to ensure long-term self-sufficiency.
Coordinate with internal Product, Development, and QA teams to manage implementation activities, resolve functional and technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare and execute test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate enhancements and bug fixes, and ensure the solution meets business requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues,



provide functional resolutions or workarounds, and collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution when required.
Plan and support go-live activities, monitor post-implementation stabilization (hypercare), and ensure a smooth transition to the support phase.
Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle by providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Excellent listening skills to be able to understand customer expectations accurately.
Solution oriented mindset with high accountability and reliability to be able to effectively solve customer problems in a timely manner.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as cooperative approach with ability to work as a team player.
Ability to manage pressure effectively and deliver quality output within project timelines.
