We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities
Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access requests.
Provide IT support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace users.
Maintain IT assets and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements
Experience in Desktop Support and IT Support roles.
Robust knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and troubleshooting.




Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
Positive understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Good to Have
Knowledge of Firewall Management and Network Security.
Experience with endpoint security and device management tools.
