Job Responsibilities:

The eCommerce Assistant will be a critical part of our global operations, ensuring the integrity and smooth functioning of our multi-territory eCommerce platform. This includes:
Fraud and Risk Management: Proactively utilising analytics tools to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraud risks associated with online orders across all operational territories.
Order and Payment Integrity: End-to-end management of the order process flow, including meticulous handling of payments, reconciliation, and refunds for our international customer base.
Operational Support: Providing daily, dedicated assistance to all eCommerce stores and regional teams by addressing queries and handling operational requests promptly.
Platform Functionality: Ensuring the consistent and smooth operation of the eCommerce platform across all geographical regions.
Data Analysis: Working extensively with a wide range of transactional and operational data, primarily within spreadsheet settings, to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining effective, skilled communication with a diverse set of individuals,



including internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
Robust affinity for technology products (DVD, Games, Mobile phones, Electronics, and Computing).
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk identification and resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with global teams and customers.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Openness to working in rotational shifts and week-offs to support global operations.
