Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive/Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and a data-driven mindset to improve ROI and customer acquisition. Prior experience in the Fashion/Retail industry is mandatory.

Duties Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other performance channels.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies.
Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Track conversions, attribution models, and funnel performance.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Hiring Competencies





Qualification, Mandate Knowledge Skills
Solid analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1 5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
Mandatory experience in Fashion/Retail industry.

Solid Knowledge
PPC advertising, paid social campaigns, conversion optimization, retargeting strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of SEO basics, landing page optimization, marketing funnels, attribution tracking.

Additional Knowledge Skills
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint.
KPIs: Lead generation, customer acquisition, ROAS improvement, conversion rate optimization, revenue growth through paid campaigns.
