We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive current business acquisition, develop long-term client relationships, and expand our presence in international freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate should have robust market knowledge, client handling ability, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and develop new clients (importers/exporters, manufacturers, traders, CHA & agents)

Generate leads through cold calling, meetings, references, and field visits

Promote company services: Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Clearance, Transportation & Warehousing

Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain logistics solutions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers

Understand shipment requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions

Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of shipments

Maintain customer satisfaction and retention

Handle client negotiations and finalize rates

Pricing & Coordination





Work closely with pricing & operations teams for quotations

Prepare and send competitive quotations

Follow up on pending inquiries and close deals

Monitor shipment movement and update clients proactively

Market Intelligence

Study market trends and competitor activities

Explore new trade lanes and business opportunities

Maintain updated client database & CRM records

Required Skills

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under targets & deadlines

Knowledge of international logistics terminology (FCL, LCL, Incoterms, BL, etc.)

Good networking and relationship-building ability

Basic MS Office & email communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Logistics preferred)

Experience: 0.6 -3 Years in Freight Forwarding Logistics Sales (Freshers with robust communication may apply)

Preference: Candidates with existing shipper/exporter contacts
