Job Description: Support Leadership Development Analyst

Role Summary

The Support Leadership Development analyst serves as a key contact for HR Business Partners across four transversal areas, providing analytical and operational support for leadership development processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with key leadership development processes, including Career Committee and Succession Planning (Exempts & below), doing data reports and providing analytical support.
Prepare analysis and reports for internal programs, such as the internal barometer SpeakUp survey.
Coordinate and administer training and development programmes, including managing registrations, liaising with external providers, onboarding participants, and following up on attendance.
Manage registrations for leadership assessments and ensure smooth coordination with external providers.
Perform administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, supporting self-service portals, updating HRIS, and troubleshooting access issues.




Support the compensation and advantages cycle by preparing working files, ensuring data accuracy, and issuing notifications.
Oversee qualification management in the HR system, including system setup and configuration.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Proficiency in HR systems and record-keeping.
Experience in report preparation and training coordination is highly desirable.

Experience & Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in HR administration or analysis is desirable.
