Role & responsibilities

The Relationship Manager is responsible for selling loan products such as Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves meeting customers at builder or developer sites, pitching loan offerings, and carrying out sales and marketing activities to generate current business. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving monthly sanction and disbursement targets and managing end-to-end pre- and post-loan processes, including customer acquisition, renewals, basic financial analysis, coordination of legal, credit, and technical documentation, and portfolio quality maintenance. The role also includes explaining loan terms, procedures, repayment obligations, penalties, insurance, and communicating credit decisions to customers, with at least two years of sales experience, preferably in mortgage or real estate, and robust communication and negotiation skills with mandatory experience in selling financial products such as Home Loans, LAP, or Insurance.
