Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant IT Manager to oversee and support the day-to-day IT operations across our hospitality property. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in networking, system administration, hotel software, and IT infrastructure, with the ability to ensure seamless technology support for all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT operations across the resort, hotel, and staff facilities.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, email, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and other IT systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, internet connectivity, and network-related issues.
Support and maintain hotel applications including PMS, POS, Accounting, and CRM systems.
Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, CCTV, internet, and system maintenance.
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards are followed.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and preventive maintenance records.
Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades and recent technology deployments.




Train employees on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and company IT policies.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
35 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
Hospitality industry experience will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, servers, cloud backup, and cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with Hotel PMS, POS, CRM, Wi-Fi controllers, and CCTV systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
