ITI Machine Operator / Production Operator

AK Construction Materials (AKCM), an AAC block manufacturing company in Dagadarthi Mandal, Nellore District, is hiring ITI-qualified Machine Operators.

Responsibilities:
Operate batching, mixing, casting, cutting and other production machinery.
Monitor machine performance and production quality.
Inspect motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, valves and electrical components.
Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage or breakdowns and report them immediately.
Maintain production and machine inspection records.
Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
Assist with maintenance and other production activities when required.

Qualification:
ITI in Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Diesel Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic or related trade. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Requirements:
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge, regular attendance, discipline, teamwork, safety awareness and willingness to work in shifts.
