Manager- QA/QC

Basic Information
The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales through a Hybrid Distribution Model of prescription (Rx) and trade management.

Reporting to : General Manager- Manufacturing

Age limit : Upto 35 years

Location : Valsad Plant

Qualifications : Graduation/Post Graduation (BE Electrical or Electronics) B.Sc. Physics or Instrumentations or Electronics/ MBA -Operations

Experience : 8 to 12 years of experience needed in overall QA/QC operation.

Background : Preferably from Manufacturing Industry, Engineering Industry

Job Description

Role and responsibilities :
Implement and maintain Quality Management System as per ISO9001:2015 & ISO13485:2016
Review and approval of SOP, formats, records &CoA; as per requirements of QMS.
Material reject/Approved decision to quality team.
Participate recent product development for QA implementation
To guide document control and handling to all respective departments.
To schedule internal audits and ensure the execution for the same.




Management review co-ordinations / Reporting the performance of the system for Management Review.
To interact with cross functioning departments for QMS and customer complaints investigation and CAPA.
To report to Management if anyone found deviating from required process.
To provide the training as per requirements of quality management system (QMS).
Handling of Market complaint through Investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action suggestion.
Verification of preventive action implementation against the complaint CAPA.
Coordinator and escorting to visitor /auditor for external visit or audit to AML
To provide guidance of qualification/validation activity of equipment or process.
To provide the required documents from respective departments to regulatory for any registration or submission purpose.
