Role & responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end procurement function by planning, sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability.
Identify, evaluate, and develop long-term relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, quarries, and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial agreements while achieving procurement cost optimization.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Stores, Shipping, and Finance teams to align procurement activities with business requirements.
Monitor inventory levels, material availability, procurement budgets, and vendor performance to support uninterrupted operations.
Review purchase orders, quotations, vendor agreements, procurement documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Resolve supplier performance issues,



quality concerns, delivery delays, and commercial disputes while maintaining solid vendor relationships.
Prepare procurement MIS, spend analysis, vendor evaluations, and market intelligence reports to support management decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in the Natural Stone, Granite, Marble, Building Materials, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
Experience in procurement planning and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
