Job Title: Maintenance Helper

Job Summary:
A Maintenance Helper assists technicians and fitters in maintaining, repairing, and servicing machinery, equipment, and facilities. The role involves supporting routine maintenance tasks and ensuring a clean and protected work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist maintenance staff in repairing and servicing machines and equipment
Help in dismantling and assembling mechanical components
Carry tools, materials, and spare parts as required
Clean and lubricate machinery and parts
Support preventive maintenance activities
Maintain cleanliness of the workshop and work area
Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians
Handle basic tools and equipment safely
Assist in loading/unloading materials
Follow safety guidelines and use PPE

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Basic understanding of tools and mechanical work
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physical strength and stamina
Ability to work in a team
Basic safety awareness

Education & Experience:
10th pass or equivalent
ITI (Fitter/Helper) is an advantage
0–1 year experience (freshers can apply)

Work Setting:
Factories, workshops, or industrial sites
Exposure to dust, noise, grease, and machinery
Requires use of safety gear like gloves, helmet, and safety shoes

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
