Lead and motivate the sales team and tele callers to achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate sales through walk-in customers, referrals, and channel partners.
Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure maximum conversion.
Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the Telecalling, Marketing, CRM, and Registration teams.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
