As a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, supporting product integration, troubleshooting sensor-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of queries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the sensor and automation industry.
Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and in office visits when required.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of sensor products at customer locations.
Troubleshoot sensor-related problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with R&D; and production teams to resolve product issues and ensure timely feedback to customers.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, service reports, and manuals.




Support the sales team with technical inputs during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for customers and partners.
Maintain a customer issue tracking system and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
